This Privacy Policy only applies to the extent we collect, use and disclose personal information in connection with this website.

What information do we collect?

Contact Information: Full name, age, phone number, email address, emergency contact details (including relationship and contact number).
Identification Documents: Government-issued photo ID (e.g. Driver’s Licence or Passport), Medicare card, and recent utility bill.
Tenancy History: Previous residential address, rental amount, duration of tenancy, accurate rental ledger, and reference checks from other agencies.
References: Two written references including referee’s full name, contact number, email, residential address, and a copy of their photo ID (for verification purposes).
Financial Information: Current bank statements, payslips from your place of employment, or a Centrelink income statement.
Proof of Ownership: For landlords, documentation such as council rates, water rates, strata plans, or utility bills to satisfy Fraud Prevention Checklist requirements.

Why do we collect this information?

To verify identity and tenancy history for rental applications.
To manage our responsibilities and communication throughout the tenancy period.
To arrange property inspections, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and provide rent ledgers.
To accurately manage rental payments, disbursements, and account ledgers.
To process payments on behalf of clients or tenants where authorised.
To provide supporting documentation (e.g. rent ledger or communication records) in the event of tenancy disputes or NCAT proceedings.
To assist case workers or support agencies by providing required contact details and tenancy documentation when authorised by the tenant.

Information disclosed

We will use and disclose personal information only for the purposes for which it is collected in accordance with the Act, including:

providing services and customer support, including service updates;maintaining and updating our records;comparing information for accuracy, and verifying it with third parties; andproviding information as authorised or required by law or a relevant government body or authority.

Anonymity 

General users of the website do not need to disclose their identity to us in order to use this website.   This website does not, therefore, collect personal information about people who generally access it except in the circumstances described above.  

Cookies 

A cookie is an electronic token that is passed to the user’s browser which passes it back to the server whenever a page is sent to the user.   Our servers may generate cookies which are used to keep track of the pages that users have accessed while using the website.
